    Any applicable customs charges, import fees, taxes, or other costs are the responsibility of the client. Even if the product is declined upon delivery, the fees remain the responsibility of the customer. There will be a bounce-back fee if our client sends us a return shipment.
  • Is it possible to return my items if I change my mind about my purchase?
    Yes, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any order and receive a refund. This does not apply to items that are on sale, nor to shipping costs.

  • Where is your return location?
    We do not accept returned packages without an authorized return address from us, as any return address on the shipment is invalid. Our return address is in Canada; therefore, when the authorization comes through, we will provide you with a complete address.
  • Could I get the full refund if I return the order?
    All items that have been returned will receive a full refund. Refunds are not available on Sale items. The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer. The initial shipping charge is non-refundable. Note: DB Pearlz Designs is not liable for missing, damaged, or lost parcels in return transit; however, you may file a claim with the shipping provider. Please double-check all of your returns before sending them out. We are not liable for non-DB Pearlz Designs products that are returned. We won't be able to issue a refund until we receive the returned items.
  • When will I be reimbursed?
    Once the returned products have been received and the condition of the items has been checked, a refund will be provided within 7 business days. The refund should arrive on your original payment method within a few days.

    Our items are handcrafted in Nigeria and Canada.
  • Will my clothing shrink?
    If the object lacks sufficient iron, it may shrink during washing in order to regain its original shape and size. If necessary, this will always be indicated on the care label.
  • Is it necessary to wash my clothes before I put them on for the first time?
    Because our items aren't made with dangerous chemicals, there's no need to wash them ahead of time.
  • What is the best way to wash my clothes ?
    Always read the care instructions before washing your items. If you're washing by hand, make careful to wring out all of the excess moisture. Reshape the clothing after washing and drying flat for best results.
  • How to cancel an order?
