Within 14 days of delivery, we will gladly accept returns of most new, unused items in their original condition.
Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery, unused, and in the same condition as when they were received. It must also be in its original packaging, with a copy of the packing slip included.

DB Pearlz Designs exclusively accepts returns from the United States and Canada, and cannot accept returns from other countries. Please keep in mind that if an overseas package is returned to sender, the client is responsible for all fees.
