At DB Pearlz Design, we take pride in shipping your order as soon as possible. In most cases, orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed (for items in stock). For custom made orders, products will be made and shipped within 5 -10 business days. We understand that you want your products as soon as possible and we will work diligently to get your products to you as soon as possible.
We offer a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs. These shipping methods include standard shipping, priority shipping, and express shipping.
We use Canada Post to meet your shipping needs, visit their website on details concerning shipping time
The cost of shipping will vary depending on the shipping method that is selected. The cost of express shipping is higher than the cost of standard shipping, but it is worth it for the faster delivery time.
At this moment, we only offer delivery to the United States and Canada, and we do not ship outside of those borders. We are currently working on adding additional countries to the list, but please check back soon to see if anything has changed.
All purchases are processed within 1-2 business days. This time period only refers to the time it takes for orders to be completely constructed and sent. The time it takes for customers to receive their goods via shipping is not included in this figure.
I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org right away. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to change the address for you. If your order is undeliverable or returned to the sender due to insufficient or incorrect shipping information, we will refund your order once we are notified that it has been returned/received. Please keep in mind that shipping costs are non-refundable.
TRACK MY ORDER
All orders will be assigned a tracking number that may be used to trace their progress. After a tracking number has been supplied, please allow 3-25 business days for items to arrive.
CANCEL AN ORDER
We're sorry you'd like to cancel your order! Please contact us via email at email@example.com. Only orders that have not yet been processed for shipping can be canceled.
ORDER NEVER ARRIVED
Please contact us via chat or email at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will file a claim on your behalf. The carrier may require 5-10 business days to investigate.
You may check the status of your order by going to your account. We'll also send you an email as soon as your purchase ships, and we'll keep you updated via email.
WHAT IF SOMETHING I ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK ?
We'll get in touch with you and refund the full price of the item, as well as the value of the item on your card or account. Depending on your bank's processing procedures, you should have the refund applied to your account within 10 business days after receiving it.
