Return & Refund Policy

At DB Pearlz Design, we place a high value on customer satisfaction. If you need to return a product for any reason, please contact us by email at info@dbpearlzdesigns.com for a return authorization and further instructions. Within 14 days of delivery, we will gladly accept returns of most new, unused items in their original condition.
Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery, unused, and in the same condition as when they were received. It must also be in its original packaging, with a copy of the packing slip included.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
DB Pearlz Designs exclusively accepts returns from the United States and Canada, and cannot accept returns from other countries. Please keep in mind that if an overseas package is returned to sender, the client is responsible for all fees.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
Please ensure that the following conditions are met in order for the Goods to be eligible for a return:

• The goods were purchased within 14 days after their delivery.

• The items are brand new and in their original packaging.

• The items have never been used.

The following items are not returnable:

• Goods built to your requirements or that are visibly personalised.

• The delivery of goods that, by their nature, are inseparably combined with other commodities after delivery.

In our sole discretion, we reserve the right to deny returns of any goods that does not meet the above return restrictions.
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned. If the law does not allow it, this exclusion may not apply to You.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Within two hours of receiving your order confirmation, DB Pearlz Design welcomes cancellation requests. If you need to cancel on a weekend or holiday, we will do our best to accommodate you the next working day.

REFUNDS
We will contact you once your return has been received and inspected to inform you that we have received your returned item. After that, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be given to your original payment method.

EXCHANGES
If you receive a defective or damaged item. Please contact us via email at info@dbpearlzdesigns.com if you would want to swap it for the identical item.

RETURNING GOODS
The expense and risk of returning the Goods to Us are your responsibility. The Goods should be shipped to the address specified in the return permission.

We cannot be held liable for goods that are damaged or lost in transit back to us. As a result, we recommend using a mail service that is insured and trackable. Without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery, we will be unable to offer a refund.

GIFTS

You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return if the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you. A gift certificate will be issued to You once the returned product has been received.

We will refund the gift donor if the Goods were not indicated as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the Order sent to themselves to give to You later.

FINAL SALE ITEMS
Items that are designated as final sale at the time of purchase are not returnable.
